The Northanger Economic Development Corporation (NEDC) is committed to helping businesses and developers turn opportunities into successful investments. Local Incentives

Depending on the scope and location of a proposed project, assistance may include:

• Property Tax Abatement — Potential property tax relief for qualifying new construction, expansion, or redevelopment projects.
• Development Assistance — Coordination with the Village to help navigate zoning, permitting, infrastructure, and other development requirements.
• Infrastructure Support — Assistance may be considered for eligible projects requiring improvements to roads, utilities, or other public infrastructure.
• Downtown & Historic Redevelopment — Resources may be available to encourage the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of properties within Northanger's historic district.
• Site & Property Assistance — The NEDC can help businesses identify available buildings and development sites that meet their location, infrastructure, and operational needs.

State & Regional Resources
